Positive

Holla ! *wave hand*

Such a long time tak merepek dekat sini. Last update masa last cuti midsem dan sekarang dah nak masuk minggu kedua cuti semester dah pun hahaha how time really terbang! Cepatnya masa berlalu. Tak sedar, hampir setahun bergelar mahasiswi. Hewhew. Lepas tu tiga tahun akan datang dah habis degree oh can't wait! Apa ni, perenggan pertama takde isi penting langsung --"

Actually takde motif apa nak menulis hari ni. Tapi rasa nak share something yang boleh ubah sesuatu dalam life kita; atau pada diri aku sebenarnya. " Think positive, and everything will turn positive". Kalau dengar rasa macam tipikal sangat bila bicarakan soal positive thinking ni. Kemon lah, masa sekolah dulu naik menanah telinga bila cikgu asyik sembang pasal positif kan minda bila buat sesuatu. Hahahaha and know what, I would like to thank the millions of teacher who give a lot of spirits how to survive in life. And, thanks to people around me; too--

How to be a positive person?


lol, I'm not a counselor. I'm just a law student who need to improve a lot about life.


But, who cares? Hahahahaah.



Here some tips that can applied in our life



1. Don't let negative & toxic people rent space in your head.
Toxic situations are easily the biggest influencers on a negative mind. The more you surround yourself with it, the more likely you are to let it affect your thoughts. watch out, guys! 



2. Smile (senyummm)
Another way for your body to trick your mind into being more positive is through smiling. The act of smiling, even if you don't necessarily have anything to smile about, can instantly change the way you feel internally for example when I'm crying over something, suddenly I tried to smile like nothing happened (even the tears drop down without stop) I will better. Dlm kata lain, even inside of me totally broke down, I'll never let people around me detect my sorrow and I will acah acah happy even dalam pedih nak mati. Well, I can be such a good actor, whereas in reality I am a student who needs to memorize the deed and act of Law. Lol! 


3. Do something kind 
It's easy to get absorbed by our own world of misfortune and to forget about people around us. Stepping outside of your daily routine to help someone else can provide amazing perspective and fill you with positivity yet strive to do nice thing for someone else each day. I bet, it's not a big deal :)


4. Give some space for yourself
Life is not always easy, and sometimes we get handed a bushel of lemons.Go find something that can soothe your mind and self. Like me, I will drive the car to the nearest beach and sat alone. I will "throw" all the negative mind and problems into the sea and make sure, I'll go back home without any negative 'magnet' that ruined myself. 


Somewhow I still remember when I was a school students (form 5), my friends invited me to met a counselor and sharing our thoughts, how to determined our flow after SPM examination and that moment I realize what are the counselor looks really like. When I go back home, I told my mom..



" Mak, tadi kakak jumpa kaunselor sekolah.."


" Why? What you have done before?"


" Nothing, I just met her and sharing my thoughts"


" Cakap bebetul. Kakak buat apa kat sekolah sampai kena jumpa kaunselor..?"





What a funny world! Am I just looking for counselor when I create or miscounduct the problems that violates school rules?


Obviously no! Seems like my mom doesn't understand a real job of counselor! My mom work in a school environment that is filled with the world of education and she supposed to understand that, I thoughts --,


Somehow I wonder, kenapa perspektif semua orang setiap kali bila berjumpa kaunselor mesti nak cop orang tu bermasalah? Then I explained to mum, thanks Allah dia faham jugak at last. Heww, risau aku kalau mak fikir bukan-bukan. Tetiba teringat masa dulu when I was form 2, I cried over the window at night, at the same time mak masuk bilik aku. Dia pandang, tak tanya apa-apa then dia keluar. Aku pun buat taktahu jelaa haha aku expect dia takde fikir apa-apa. 


Suddenly masa aku tengah tidur, nampak ada kelibat masuk bilik aku then check phone aku. Maigaddd terkejut okay aku ingat sapa lah tadi rupanya mak! Hahahaha now I can assume sebenarnya dia ingat aku frust agaknya (sejak dia nampak aku menangis malam tadi) padahal aku rasa macam despair gila sebab barang yang aku sayang hilang. wakakaka. (that time tak terfikir nak positif kan minda sebab kepala asyik fikir barang tu takkan dapat jumpa lagi, LOL!)


Whatever it is, there is something we should learn everyday. Not even today, till our last breathe. 

--Realize it's possible instead of telling yourself why you can't.
Become aware of your self-talk,
Squash your negative thoughts like a bug,
Replace them to positive thoughts.
Love what you have already.
Be grateful for your life, your gifts and other people. Everyday--without failed
Focus on what you have; not on what you haven't.


Don't compare yourself to others,
But be inspired by them.

Accept criticism with grace,
But ignore the naysayers.
See bad things as a blessing in disguise,
See failure as a stepping stone to success.
Surround yourself by those who are positive.
Complain less, smile more--
